It's been a great 2 years. It's a fast paced ever changing environment but I like it .

Chegg as a whole has a fantastic culture and treats it's employees very well. There are some areas within Chegg that struggle to maintain the culture and give the feeling of working in unorganized chaos and this creates stress and uneasiness with the employees.

Dan creates such positivity when he speaks and the wonderful things he does for his employees. It's nice to see that he knows so many of the employees personally.
