Overall I am treated fairly and feel there aren't as much politics as with other employers for whom I've worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That executives are open to constructive criticism.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand when people need to take mental health days.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the best part of the comp package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate that our team is really open to sharing constructive criticism as well as positive feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy that people are highly collaborative and no one has to work in a siloed capacity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you're interested in transitioning to another department or another role, this company is extremely accommodating in granting that career development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to really care about employees. They're very accessible if you would like to meet with them 1:1. And most of them are very approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is how dynamic it is as far as stock, amazing healthcare, and even things as specific as Carrot for fertility concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is that we abide by a "no judgement zone." Also, everyone is clear on their swim lanes but everyone is also willing to help in areas that aren't specific to their role.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility of working from home and work. I'm so appreciative we have offices to go to now, but I'm also appreciative that going to the office 3 days a week is "enough" and not frowned on that I'm not in the office 5 days a week.
