Overall its been good. Times have changed though. Ever sense going remote, the demand and pressure have seem to increase. Most coworkers do not have boundaries, and will slack others at 10pm. I think communication from the top down needs to happen regarding boundaries.

Working with my direct team and knowing the work I do makes a positive impact.

Fringe and Carrot have been amazing additions to our benefits. Our medical, dental, vision benefits are amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think as a company we do a good job meeting employees where they are, and listening to what employees need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team, we really care about each other. We really embody, one team, one chegg, debate, decide, and do. We support each other, back each other up, when needed and we are not afraid to challenge each other. Our feedback is always delivered with good intentions.
