My team is highly educated,all are postgraduate they are hard working and smart. But again we are treated as an useless employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Indian employees has not received any bonus and no financial support for relocating to office again. We are literally forced to come back to office. Management is not even taking up the question. They have got a single answer to all the question "ask you managers" . This is specially about India
