Having the opportunity to see how different people from different places in the world work, get inspired from how they do some things differently than I would
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say undervalued, but I feel like the pay I receive is a bit lower than what it should be (nothing extreme, but still). I still love working at Chegg which is why I don't mind it that much, and it wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me in any way. :)
