There is a culture of learning, and a culture where it's safe to make mistakes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On my team, everyone is striving to learn and improve themselves. Everyone listens to feedback and makes an effort to get along. It's a very positive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate getting a fairly competitive salary, stock benefits, top of the line health insurance, and the variety of non-financial perks. Fringe was a nice addition this year for US employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I often have the opportunity to teach and mentor other engineers, and this is one of my favorite parts of the job. I have seen some engineers grow over time and get promotions, partly due to my mentorship, and that is satisfying.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the leadership team supports a variety of initiatives and decisions to reflect our company values and to value and invest in employees; supporting ERGs, celebrating diversity, eco-friendly purchase choices, benefits for mental health and for gender transition - the list goes on.
