The leadership team at Chegg is often transparent, which is completely different than other companies I have worked at.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a remote employee, I can see the culture and feel connected. I think the connection happens mostly through our ERGs.

The leadership is always willing to have open conversations and will often time follow up with how that conversation resonated or what change they plan based on feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's easy to see how much other competitors are willing to pay for roles like yours. I would appreciate if the company would close the really big gaps.
