I love that I am able to work on technically challenging problems, all while being in a place where I know that I can be me, I don't have to worry about having issues being trans because I have had such great support from directors. Our team could use some more casual chat as well though
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay feels very fair, I have no complaints about that

They are very focused on work, meetings start and end on time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It would be the large number of support that I have received from much of the company from being trans and disabled. The diversity and inclusion team is amazing
What makes you most happy at work?
The team is small enough that I really feel that I am able to make an impact. The pr's I make are enough that I feel like I know a sizable amount of the codebase
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership that I have interacted with directly has been very supportive of me being trans. When I was considering coming out their direct support was the deciding factor in asking my team to call me by different pronouns
