They are kind. They do not micromanage me. They trust me to do my job. They empower me!

Most of them are very involved at the company. They are in the office often & participate in company events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One team, one Chegg. I feel like I can talk to anyone no matter their position. I don't feel like their is a hierarchy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy talking to coworkers & getting to know them. I love seeing work events play out successfully. We always have an exciting event or holiday going on.
