Chegg wants you to work long hours for little pay, and no benefits.

They are all hard working and care for each other. Help is always available when needed, not from managements, but from lateral employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure, everyone just dreads going to work. We feel under valued and underpaid. One or the other is fine, but both are unacceptable.
