For the most part, the culture is great and friendly. But I believe to keep the hardworking employees, they need to be recognized for their hard work and helped advance in their careers. I am not sure that stands true for Chegg right now.

Being recognized for the hard work I am doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of the C-staff care about us as individuals, not COGS
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company time off, it was nice having summer Fridays and the week of Thanksgiving off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie for the most part, I can't say its across the team as there are outliers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation should be compared to other companies in the bay area more frequently. When comparing my salary to others in my role, I am underpaid across the board.
