I had a very good experience since I join this Company. But recently executive team ahas made few decisions which is now changing my perspective towards this company.

They should not do something where only few employees will be benefited. As a company if they are planning something for there employees, it should be for all not for few
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its really employee friendly and co-workers are really friendly and I feel homely when I am at office. Lot of interesting work and technical talks around which motivate to go to work and participate on all those.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team is not really doing a good job to retain good engineers and lately I have seen few rules which is disappointing more than 50% of the employees. For example giving a ear bud to only few employees who could make it to the office on home coming day which gives a -ve impression for the CO
