Overall my experience with Chegg has been extremely challenging and positive. Of course, there are always bumps but even during difficult times (personal or company-wide) there has always been a supportive and empathetic environment.

Three years ago, after the acquisition which led to my being at Chegg, I was unsure about the work, the people, and the company. Today, the work is satisfying, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the company is pretty great.

I think transparency at all levels and between groups is the most positive aspect of our company culture.

The feeling of accomplishment when a project is successful, especially if the benefits are an improved experience for students or internal efficiency.

I truly appreciate the medical benefits options and coverage. I think it's the best I've ever had in 20 years of working in technology. I also appreciate the 401K match as that helps me work more efficiently toward the future.
