My experience with Chegg has been amazing. I'm happy to be here and I only wish that we had a better work/life balance. I'm pretty exhausted at work most of the time but I really do love this company. We also need more BIPOC and queer employees. We just aren't diverse enough.

They're very passionate about the mission and do everything they can to support students.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid really well. Additionally, the 401k benefits, student debt repayment programs, etc. are super amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is just how inviting it is to be there. We do a lot of diversity initiatives to make people feel more at home here.
