I simply hate working in my current team. Things were a lot better when I was in a different team and there were some good leaders. No unnecessary competition. I deserved a promotion but I didn't get one. My manager didn't consider the work that I did in my previous team. It's worst here.

There is nothing positive it's all sad and depressing
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop the unwanted competition. Let's support and help each other instead of being selfish and pushing others down
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing. I am on the same salary as of when I joined the company i.e. 3 years ago.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing. I just hate my job my coworkers my manager everything. They all are bringing my confidence down and making me depress
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Change my manager, he can not be any better for first. There is so much politics amongst everyone and no one actually seems to care about the employee. This should be taken care of. They force everyone to participate in various workgroups and forums and everyone inside the company is competing
