The level of trust the leadership shows in me and colleagues is phenomenal. It not only gives me enough freedom to execute my ideas but at the same time gives me a sense of responsibility to deliver the best I can for my organisation

The way leadership takes care of all the employees. How the leadership is compassionate and tries to understand what problem one might be facing and then be ready to help in resolving that. After that, absolute clarity on the mission to keep student's first.
