
It has been good. But I feel disheartened by the disparity in the pay and benefits of the roles in US and India. The policies are also not standard and we expect more from the global leadership. It seems unfair that one set of employees reap the benefits that everyone equally work hard for.

Pay difference between US and India is understandable to account for Cost of living but there is a need to bring more parity between the two when the world is moving remotely.
