RSUs, fixed CTC and appraisal is something I would expect better.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is motivated, driven, data-oriented, empathises well, supports each other, hardworking and what not... the best I could have got. :)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very considerate and takes care of the employees, very people-oriented. They are the best people to work with. Love Chegg :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many, most positive, I can say is the reward and recognition in my team and the whole organization happens at regular intervals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, i.e. Expert Management team, I believe is the best and the most enthusiastic team contributing to the growth of the company. Love Chegg because of them too
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture which flows from Dan and other meetings from US, they are very healthy, very positive... Otherwise, looking at Indian work culture, things could have worsened and could have been toxic... which thankfully has not happened because of these surveys and proper 360 degree feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs i.e. The Restricted Stock Units are a great part but not considered as a part of the CTC on paper... Though I don't look to move out of Chegg soon but having the RSU part on CTC will help me gain confidence of my market value better... :)
