As a fresher it is good. But I do not know more career opportunities here. Daily work is not that much enjoyable because of time pressure. You do not know what you could be assigned to do.

The given salary package is not good, as per one's earning potential as being a master degree holder. Should give at least 6 Lack package after one year if not in the starting. Work demands high level of knowledge ranging from basic to advance level. But give salary for that is very very low.
