There nothing which I can dislike about Chegg. I always proudly say about the facility and benefits tat Chegg offers. The office environment, Employee centric management. This is the kind of company where a person think about working for long. My personal view is the compensation part need revision.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is very low keeping in mind incentive/bonus programme isn't available. Other benefits are best.

As an experienced candidate I was expecting a little more hike in my pay structure. However, the work environment and other benefits are big motivating factor here in Chegg
