What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent about what goes on in the business. They always gives us an update when things are good and bad. And, they make themselves approachable.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have the tools available to advocate for ourselves if we feel unfairly compensated. They also offer a wide range of benefits that caters to all people. No matter what stage of life they are in.

I love that we have free onsite health clinics. You don't have to use PTO for appointments. And if you're sick, they often have the medicine you need right there for free. I can send my family there for treatment as well. Also free.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people at the company are so nice and willing to help you out. I'm on the corporate side of things, but I never feel like I am competing with my coworkers. It feels like we are all on the same team working toward a common goal.

I know they have my back. Nobody steals credit for anyone else's work. We pull our weight and do what we say we're going to do. We care about each other as people and when life goes wrong, they're always there, genuinely, to help. That's so meaningful to me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love our hybrid work schedule. It allows me to flex my schedule so I can be available to my commitments outside of work.
