Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was offered a job elsewhere and told by managment if i stayed, waited until i turned down the other job to tell me they put it in, and took another manager who had to no clue about it to see that it still hadnt been put in the system. Then proceeded to be berated by GM for not coming to him only.
