Helping out staff more, being more understanding and tackling problems at the source.

Communicate more and be more polite. Be more forgiving to new hires. Build up your team instead of tearing them down
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to the customers and helping my coworkers any chance I get really makes my day to hear a heartfelt thank you during a busy shift
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least 1 manager works to cultivate a familial experience and is supportive of the team. Some of my coworkers are very nice regardless of the day they may be having and know not to push the negative energy onto their peers. Very helpful and generous
