I would never refer a friend to work at chilis. Management is miserable and takes it out on us. Everyone who dines there is a nickle and dimer. And we are paying the wages of food runners out of our own hard earned tips (which not everyone tips!) 0/10.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am tipping out 4% of food runners instead of them getting a livable wage. So at the end of the night I have to give away 4% of my sales even when tables don't even tip me.
