fellow servers and hosts are positive others just complain too much or don't help enough

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bill is low and the people eating the cheap food don't tip well. The ziosks don't take the rewards or gift cards. The POS system needs more work. The management needs to take a chill pill and realize they can't run the place without us. Unless they want bad employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your workers. Don't soak the floor during a servers shift so they slip and nearly fall in their work area. Don't complain about a server sitting down to eat where you told them to. Don't complain about your workers taking their breaks when its needed. Its a stressful job idiots.
