What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team work between team members is th best that we can get, but some of the managers are ridiculous. They should be removed. They dont know how to be supportive managers. They only know how to power trip.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Chilis started hiring food runners recently and that is a way that chilis is stealing money from servers. Staff members are already underpaid. Now they want servers to pay for the new runners. Chilis doesnt need runners. They need to focus on back of the house. We need more and better cooks instead.
