The food runner system is a joke. I have to run almost all of my items and I still have to pay out. We are always short staffed because it's a mess to work there and people see that... Im not sure why I came back...its just not the same Chilis ... it use to be fun and the money was awesome!

Yes I feel under valued. Get rid of the food runners or stop stealing our tips by making us pay for a service that doesn't work
