The new tip-out system takes advantage of employees. Runners should get more hourly, they barely ever get decent pay. The servers are having to tip-out 25-30% of their tips and our tips are based on service, which runners like to be slow bc their money is guaranteed unlike servers so our tips suffer

My coworkers. Them and the college program is the only reason I stay.

It was informal. We talked about my goals, my work ethics, etc and the responsibilities of the job
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of our team members help each other out. No one leaves anyone struggling, we help out even when we're really busy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our managers have been giving us money out of their own pocket bc even they see how horrible the company treats us with the tip-out system. There was talk of a walkout a little while ago so they give us an extra $20 from their pockets sometimes. Honestly, they're too good of managers to work here.
