I quit, they take from servers to pay other employees. And they dont give servers their tips at the end of the night they now hold them and put them on a paycard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I mean they were friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For me personally it was just so bad finding a new job was the best option.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think ive already explained alot of things wrong. Ive never seen a restaurant operate like this, EVER!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The staff that did work there was great with teamwork, however when they started rolling out the tip pooling everyone left. Two people stayed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe not steal from servers to pay other employees? Maybe not have a drunk GM who thinks hour long tickets are okay? Maybe not run 3 restaurants out of 1? Maybe clean the restaurant?
