I quit this company because my manager overworked me only paid me lil bit of money and I never got the help I needed from the brinkers foundation when I needed it they took their time I'm going through alot right now In my life and it just doesn't matter to them
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only thing a I liked about the team is the fact that they are funny and not so serious but at the same time they need to understand that there are times to be serious and to learn how to control themselves and just to be better at knowing who's good and who's not
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are leaving due to the overworking and the relying on people the best people and they make them do doubles and make them work so hard that they get exhausted and no body wants to stay up past 10 I understand that the company has bad sales but ur overworking people it's not right.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to work and not just be there for the money people need to realize this is a company yes but in order to keep a company stable and good we need people we need severs we need to be organized and talk and have meetings with each other as a group not just rely on others and replace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if they was to pay me 11 an hour or more because I did alot for this company and even tho they didn't have the best managing team but I worked around that and found that most of my decision were based on the ability to have teamwork but when there are good teams are in play.
