Working at chilis has been the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend it to anyone. The new system is just a way for the greedy company to make more money. While their employees suffer and are forced to pay the salary of their coworkers. I will never be back as a customer or employee.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Im not sure my interview was 30 seconds long.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The food quality is not there, the system doesnt work in our resturant, service is bad sonce everyone is understaffed becuase everyone quits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need get out of the office and actually work. As a server I make $5 an hour do not expect me to wash dishes, do to go, and host. The lack of management is appauling. Getting wrote up for calling in sick is ridiculous. And get unproffesional text messages ARE WRONG.
