Extremely difficult as my experience as a host. Chili's is usually so undedstsffed that they need you running sround doing as many dofferent jobs as you can (with no experienc). I'm 16 and it was my first day of working and the managwr has already yelled at me, lectured me, and overworked me.

Being easier on their new workwrs - just because they see understaffed does not mean they ahev to overwhelm everyone who is new.
