I am writing to raise some concerns regarding the conduct of our new General Manager. Several employees, including myself, have experienced and observed behavior that we believe falls short of professional standards and creates a challenging and hostile work environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a server so I do not recieve any kind of compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all stick together through all kinds of crazy times in the resturant.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive is my coworkers make the job less stressful because we work as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I see I'm working with other employees that have the same goal as me for the shift.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy our assosiate managers they keep it professional. When the associate managers are both working it is a phenomenal work evnviroment and ease the tension of the resturant.
