I've been working at my current location for about two years. When I initially started everything was great however for about the past year to year and a half the work environment has continued to sour do to management .

I am not currently using my compensation package.

Treatment of employees especially around busy times and holidays.

My coworkers, aside from management, tend to keep things light and enjoyable while staying professional.
