Friendly, cooperative some energy. Please don't hire from outside. They lack the chili head culture

They keep on taking benifits away . Bonus structure. Pay raise, no more Hawaii trip...etc
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New hires. Having a good leader in the restaurants who can make all of his managers follow the same management style. More visit from corporate to see what is really going on with failing store. Working size by side with HOH so we can see what is it like to push out a quality meal in 8 to 10 min.
