Having been with chili's 10+ years watching it struggle for its identity is frustrating. Being talked at instead of talked to. I'm positive my managers can't do my job.
Employees that make the server hourly rate end up doing the jobs of people who make min wage or higher. For that period of time we should be paid that fair wage. Chili's does this to reduce the labor percentage daily . Their profits are more important than fair compensation. It happens every day.
