Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Chilis does taxes are incorrect there for every year all thof employees owe the state taxes. In addition, they do not offer any compensation for employees that have work for their company for awhile. They do not value their managers therefore their managers do not value their employees.
