they are willing to work with you to make things happens. they’re super flexible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe some of the way things are done, there’s things that are suppose to save us money or help us but don’t. for example this new dom & nate thing... i know personally at my store everyone just skips through it or sets their phone down while it plays & walks away. no one actually listens.
