Leadership doesn’t get it. They use the term “play restaurant” yet they don’t know how stressful they make the restaurant operations on busy shifts. Leadership wants to give everything away for free to the guests forgetting the fact that doing so decrease server tips.
The company is all about culture yet that culture is only at the RSC - there is no culture in the restaurants. They want managers to do more with less team members. We work 10 hour days which typically turn into 11-12 hour days. A four day work week would be nice in lieu of more pay.
