We are like a family. We spend more time with each other then our own families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders to delegate and lead by example. They can’t jut bark orders. Or expect things to get done because you are the “gm”’now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I had left Chilis a while back. When I returned and was going through training, we had a visit from our regional manager, TP. It has been 6 years or so that he had seen me. But, he walked up to me, shook my hand, said welcome back, and asked a couple of questions about me, from when he knew me.
