We are tight, trust and get each other's back, and we teach this work ethic to the new hires..,.we include and encourage our culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We grow and Bond as a team....we support and get each other's back from FOH, to BOH. We servers groove well with our BOH...they are great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They use positive encouragement throughout the rush and when your in the weeds. Instead of runners, runners, it's help your boy out who can run for me. My management team at alcoa, TN..is some of the most uplifting encouragingl team of managers I've worked with...in 10 years of being a chili head.
