I was pleased with my 12.50 starting wage. I was excited then quickly disappointed by a work environment of littered with a under trained, under staffed kitchen crew completely under duress. I felt chided about my duties, left alone to fail by several employees. Wage wasn’t worth the emotional cost
Better front and back of the house relations. Stop with the self serving short cuts. So many problems start organically from the little things. Small fires grew big, I got burnt out by the laziness, complaining and back stabbing. Some quality people work there but for only a matter of time Imo.
