I work with a great team. Most of my coworkers are great workers but there are the few lazy ones

I feel we should be offered better benefits. The premiums we have to pay for medical insurance is outrageous for what we get

Our general manager needs to have a better grasp on interpersonal skills. He has no finesse when talking to customers or employees. I myself have never experienced this, but I've seen this executed with others
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel most often times the equipment were given to work with fails making our job a lot harder than it needs to be. Chili's expects so much of us in our day-to-day duties, and for us to be on point, then why should we not expect that from them.
