What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Let employees have a little more fun at work, during holiday let us decorate and dress up. When I have fun at work, I work harder and get more involved with the guest! The guest enjoy it as much as I do!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Such strict rules, not much fun! Need more of a fun atmosphere! I work 6 days a week and it’s just the same thing everyday.. gets very boring after working with chili’s for 3 years and don’t feel special after putting so much work into the company
