Actually leading and not pushing it off onto other people. Taking responsibility for words/actions.

Actually caring about the jobs they do, instead of doing the bare minimum with a bad attitude for a paycheck. Everyone working progressively together is what improves work life. If no one is willing to progressively move forward the company won’t grow.
