Good area, clientele is decent, staff is rear and management is great

I love my team. Everyone is so helpful with each other, manager really helps navigate with a ‘all hands on deck’ arritude
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We all work really hard and sometimes you work and get $20, when you clean the whole store. I’ve never been able to utilize the benefits as I’m only part time and under a year.
