You are given so many opportunities to excel at your position and grow within the company. Almost everyone is happy and friendly because they love where they work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about thier employees. All back of house employees get a free meal and it is one of the highest paid cooking jobs in my city (Enid,Ok)
What makes you most happy at work?
Making the customers happy and never letting my co workers down. All of the positive reinforcement from the management team make me want to work harder to please them.
