Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the new tip out amount is unfair because everyone is guaranteed tips except the servers, who are actually dealing with the customers and the times we go negative in tips is ridiculous. There would be no restaurants without the servers. We deserve better all around.
