Nice, to talkative about other peoples business that really has nothing to do with the job People don't want to do there job in witch they get paid for and you don't get your breaks like your suppose to but overall the job its self is wonderful great pay and very nice hrs

Treating everybody the same, show that all team members matter not just certain people matter

Be about the team work do there own job worry about their self act like there are grown and not some kid in middle school.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Grown people that have 4 and 5 kids of there own act like there the kids. Nobody minds there own. Start doing what you are paid to do ask for HELP when needed not because you don't want to do your own job, stop gossiping like y'all are bunch of elementary kids
