Its been great, I learned how to work hard, make friends, and Ive met many different people and had many experiences that only a restaurant can have. Ive learned not to be so sensitive also.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my friends, and knowing that even on a slow night, Ill be going home with cash.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My managers are all helpful and easy to talk to. They work hard and still make the environment fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is unique and has different ways of working, but we all work together well. Sometimes there is tension and arguing, but not often and its usually laughed about later on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The money is good, and alot of fun is had. We sing and dance, but when its busy, we work very hard to make sure the guests are happy and come back.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were thourough, letting me know exactly what to expect as far as how fast paced and stressful it can be. But it was also positve in the way that they said I can do it once I learn everything it will be easier.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance they offer is great, and they pay half. I have a 401k and they match half. They also have a program to get your associates degree for free online. If you want to go on, they help you with your tuition. They have a family emergency fund nationwide, and great bonusus.
